Account Locked
After 5 failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for security. Wait 30 minutes or click "Unlock Account" and verify your identity via email.
Email Not Recognized
Make sure you're using the email you registered with. Check for typos and try different email addresses you may have used.
Two-Factor Authentication Issues
If you've lost access to your 2FA device:
- Use a backup code (if saved)
- Contact support with identity verification
